The coconut fiber production process is as follows:

Enumeration and Sifting
The coconut fiber is placed on a conveyor belt machine and enters a chopping machine to separate the fiber and coconut fiber powder. The main component of a chopping machine is a hollow tube with a special beater inside. Then the coconut fibers from the chopping machine enter the sieving machine to sift the coconut fibers from the coconut fiber powder.

Drying
The coconut fiber that comes out of the sieving machine is taken to the drying floor and turned over by the machine so that it dries and the powder is separated from the coconut fiber.

Second Sifting
After the coconut fiber reaches the dryness level according to the desired quality specifications, the coconut fiber is collected and transported to the second sieving machine. In the second sieving machine, the short fibers and cocopeat that are still attached are separated from the long fibers. Cocopeat is separated several times so that the impurity level is very low in accordance with export quality specifications.

Press and Binding
Then the coconut fiber is pressed by machine and tied with rope then stacked and the coconut fiber is ready to be sent.
